Frozen
The Frozen collection combines impressions of northern nature, traditional glassmaking, and contemporary 3D-scanning technologies. Its imagery is inspired by winter forests, frozen landscapes, and natural textures. A real fragment of wood was 3D-scanned and digitally refined before its relief was transferred into cast glass, making the luminaire appear like a piece of nature frozen in ice.
The glass texture was deliberately enhanced to intensify reflections and highlights while also creating a distinctive tactile surface. The opening around the light source is frosted, keeping the lamp visually concealed and making the illumination softer and more comfortable.
The collection is made from cast glass in three finishes: clear, tinted blue-green, and frosted white. The palette evokes snow, ice, northern forests, and the cool tones of a winter landscape.
The luminaires use a replaceable G4 lamp. Minimal cylindrical fittings keep the focus on the complex glass texture, while the adjustable suspension allows different compositions to be created.
Frozen combines digital technology with the natural irregularity of organic forms and the traditional craft of glassmaking. The result is both a functional luminaire and a decorative object that brings the atmosphere of northern nature into residential and public interiors.
