Memory
The Memory collection is inspired by the hourglass — an object that has almost disappeared from everyday life but remains a recognizable symbol of time and memories of the past. This idea continues through the choice of materials: glossy glazed ceramic, a technique known since ancient times, is combined with translucent white glass and a clear outer shade. The key features of Memory are its concise silhouette, hidden fixings, soft diffused light, and an engineered construction in which the individual elements fit together almost like pieces of a construction set.
The table lamp is based on simple, mathematically balanced proportions. All joints and technical components are concealed, allowing the purity of the silhouette to remain uninterrupted. The specially developed glass construction enables the elements to be placed directly onto the base without additional visible screws or fasteners.
The ceramic base is weighted internally to provide maximum stability. Ceramic plays an important conceptual role in the design: it is one of the oldest materials used by humankind and has preserved the material memory of ancient civilizations for thousands of years.
The translucent glossy white glass softly diffuses the light, producing calm and comfortable illumination. A clear outer shade encloses the replaceable E27 light source while creating the distinctive layered silhouette of the lamp.
A special recess was developed in the transparent shade so that it can be placed directly over the white glass element without additional fittings. This engineering solution preserves the visual purity of the construction and reinforces the impression of a single coherent object.
The removable transparent shade is easy to clean. Thanks to its stable base and soft illumination, Memory can be used beside a bed, on a desk, at a hotel reception counter, or in a variety of residential and public spaces.
Memory combines contemporary minimal geometry with materials and imagery associated with the past. Rather than literally reproducing historical forms, the lamp becomes a modern object dedicated to memory, time, and the continuity of craft traditions.
