Sacramento
The name Sacramento refers to the idea of a sacrament or mystery and reflects the concept of the collection: behind an apparently minimal form lies a series of unexpected structural and lighting solutions. Its main visual paradox is the illusion of a glowing matte sphere suspended inside a solid glass element. In reality, the sphere is not a separate component — its shape is formed directly within the cast glass and frosted from the inside. The second key principle is transformation: by rotating the glass elements, the user can change the composition, lighting pattern, and visual character of the object.
Solid cast glass becomes the principal decorative and optical material of the collection. A specially treated internal surface creates the effect of a luminous sphere while concealing the LED source and producing soft, comfortable illumination.
This solution eliminates the need for a separate conventional shade and makes the construction more compact. The light appears to emerge from within the glass itself, emphasizing its depth, thickness, and optical properties.
The glass elements can be rotated in relation to the base, changing the position of the decorative pattern. The luminaire therefore does not remain visually static: users can create different compositions and continuously alter the perception of its geometry.
Additional flexibility comes from the possibility of installing the wall lamps either vertically or horizontally. The same object can interact with the architecture of the wall in different ways and can be used as an individual accent or as part of a larger composition.
Sacramento combines visual illusion, transformation, and functional lighting. Its apparently simple geometry gradually reveals additional layers, turning the wall lamp into an interactive decorative object in which light becomes an integral part of both material and form.
