Anima

Anima

The Anima landscape luminaire is inspired by the natural imagery of forest rivers and lakes. Its name, meaning “soul,” reflects the idea of a lighting object that can become the emotional focal point of a garden, park, or public landscape. Anima’s key feature is a pair of decorative acrylic-glass elements with a texture reminiscent of the surface of water. Concealed LED sources interact with this relief to create expressive caustic effects — dynamic patterns of light resembling sunlight reflected on water.

The decorative elements are made of durable acrylic glass designed for outdoor use. The material withstands temperature variations and physical impact while preserving its transparency and distinctive optical qualities.

The LED sources are concealed within the structure and positioned above and alongside the acrylic elements. Light is directed both upwards and downwards, passing through the textured surfaces and refracting within them to produce a warm, diffused glow and dynamic water-like patterns on the surrounding surfaces.

During the day, Anima appears as a concise sculptural object integrated into the landscape. After dark, its character changes: light reveals the texture of the transparent elements while reflections and luminous patterns animate the surrounding space.

The luminaire is designed for private gardens, parks, pedestrian areas, and other public environments. It can serve as an individual lighting accent or become part of a larger landscape composition.

With durable LED sources and materials suitable for outdoor conditions, Anima combines decorative expression with functionality, transforming illumination into an emotional element of the landscape.
